Who we are

NOZOMI offers metal hardware and workshop products. Our listed product lines include Starlink mounting solutions, rolling storage carts, drill bits and monitor stand risers. The business is registered in Japan, while orders for these products are fulfilled from Dongguan, China, except where a product page states a different shipping origin.

Who we work with

We welcome enquiries from Starlink installers, hardware distributors, workshop suppliers, RV and outdoor retailers, and online sellers. Share your market, intended use and expected quantity so we can recommend relevant models.

Wholesale orders

For bulk orders, send the product links or model numbers, quantities and destination. We can discuss volume pricing, packaging and labeling after reviewing the specification and order size. Minimum quantities and lead times are quoted per project.

OEM and custom specifications

Customization may include color, dimensions, mounting holes, logo placement or packaging, subject to the product design and production feasibility. Please provide drawings, reference photos or a requirement list. We will confirm what can be made before quoting.

Samples

Samples may be available for evaluation. Tell us which model and configuration you want to test. Sample cost, availability, preparation time and shipping will be confirmed before you order.

How an order progresses

1. Send your requirements and destination.
2. Review the proposed specifications and quotation.
3. Request a sample if needed.
4. Confirm the final order and payment terms.
5. Production, quality check and dispatch follow the agreed order plan.

For standard products, the current delivery estimate is about 30 days after order confirmation; custom projects require a separate schedule.
