NOZOMI ships physical products to customers in the United States.

Shipping destination
Our standard online store shipping policy currently applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer for bulk, custom, or made-to-order inquiries.

Transit time
Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, customs checks, weather, holidays, or remote delivery areas.

Shipping rate
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible United States orders placed through our online store.
